The Thrive Course




The Thrive Course encourages and equips women to understand and care for their own and others emotional well being. It is centered around the experience of motherhood and gives women a chance to consider their own well-being and to develop practical knowledge and skills to help them to stay well. The course is run in a relaxed and informal environment with plenty of space to chat and engage.

Week One: Mental Wellbeing - how can stress and expectations create barriers to us being well?
Week Two: Self-Care - what is it and what practical, small steps can we take to practice and model self-care?
Week Three: Community - what’s going on in our community and how can we support those around us?
Week Four: Moving forward - what changes do we have on the horizon and how can we stay well through them?

Each session lasts approximately 2 hours.
Most courses run in the evening however we do run a couple of daytime courses with creche facilities*.

Cost: £18 for 4 weeks.

*a space in the room with toys, colouring and snacks and plenty of time for you to feel welcome and involved whilst attending to the needs of your little one.

Open courses are attended by anyone however we also offer bespoke courses for community groups, local businesses or a group of friends.
